The Firm or person ordering any services or product agrees to pay the
The due fees to NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT within 14 days of
delivery of documents
If the Firm is incorporate, its directors accept personal responsibility for
Payment of the fees.
Orders received from Individuals unknown to NORFOLK CORPORATE
SUPPORT will NOT be processed until payment is received unless
Special prior arrangements are mutually agreed.
The Firm or Individual agrees to obtain the written consents from
Persons nominated as directors and hold them on behalf of the
Company and to advise the share applicants to provide cash or draw
Cheques payable to the company being acquired for the share
Application money.
RETURN POLICY
Your written order form gives NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT the consent to go ahead and prepare and lodge the necessary documents with ASIC (Australian Securities & Investments Commission). Once the documents are lodged with ASIC they are on the Public Record and in some instances cannot be withdrawn and corrections need to be amended by lodging a Supplementary document with ASIC. Registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.
NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT does guarantee to follow your instructions providing a high standard of service and documents which comply with the Corporations Act 2001.
NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT agrees to replace documents with any errors caused by data input errors or damaged or faulty Company Binder at NO additional cost. However, in the case where the Firm or individual has given us incorrect instruction, NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT may charge a small additional fee to replace the documents and / or provide a supplementary documents to correct the error.
DELIVERY & TIME FRAMES: (Within Australia)
NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT guarantees to deliver all documents & services within 48 hours with every effort made to respond to urgent requests and special needs as required. Generally, if the company name is available and we have all the information required to register the Company, we can supply an ACN and Certificate of Incorporation within 1 hour.
International Orders are subject to various time zones and regulations and delivery times quoted upon request.
