New Options for storing Company Registers

Slimline Corporate Register

Our new Corporate Registers, designed in-house are typically between 2-2.5 cm thinner than most Corporate Registers available from other providers.

With its new modern look, it also carries a pocket on the spine for Company Name, ACN and your client code. It is a 2 Ring binder that comes with a clearly labelled tabbed divider system and also includes an expanding, secure plastic pocket for document storage

The Slimline Corporate Register is one option for storage of our Standard Incorporation Package, containing:

• Slimline Corporate Register
• Certificate of incorporation
• 3 copies of the Company's Constitution (1 unbound & filed, 2 x bound for use)
• 9 tabbed divider system, clearly labelled for simple filing & finding of documents
• Minutes of meetings, consents to act and share applications & certificates
• Company register
• Company seal (no longer compulsory, but supplied if required).

Blue Corporate Folio

We have developed a new "space saving" storage option - the Corporate Folio.

It is a folding compendium type folio, containing a 5 Pocket 'expandable file' with a potential capacity to expand up to 4 cm.

As shown, a complete company stored in the folio takes up much less space than our Slimline Corporate Register. A label for the Company Name, ACN and your client code can be attached at the side of the folio for easy location of the file

• Compact storage of Constitutions & Trust

The folios are great for storing on shelves, in a compactus, in coda-type files and also fit neatly into a suspension file in filing cabinets or drawers.

No Binder Option

For those who have limited storage or are simply not in the market for a company binder, why not have all your incorporation documents filed in a Manilla Folder?

The incorporation documents are filed in the folder using the same 9 tabbed divider system. We can provide paper fasteners or leave the documents unfastened for easier filing, depending upon your needs.

When filed, a complete company in our Manilla Folder takes up only 13 mm, with room to expand the base of the file to up to 25 mm.

We can label the folder with the Company Name, ACN and your client code as required. We can also provide a scanned copy of the Constitution and/or Trust Deeds by email which can be stored electronically, saving storage of bulky paper copies.

Our standard Incorporation Package in a Manilla Folder, including company seal, is $675 incl. GST ($655 incl. GST without a seal).

Digital Format

A small percentage of our clients have asked us to provide all Incorporation Documents on a CD or by email.

We can do this by saving all of the original Incorporation documents, Constitutions and Trust Deeds and all accompanying documentation to PDF files, and subsequently saving them to a CD or emailing them to you.

It is important to note that this option costs less because it is your responsibility to print off all the documents, collate and bind where necessary. You must have the documents signed and/or lodged if required and provide your own binder or file for storage.

Our Digital Incorporation Package is $575 incl. GST and company ($555 incl. GST without a seal).
